  i guess it will be ang mo kio-bedok north depots controlled. Bus fleets not sure.

  those staying at kaki bt benefits from it. Within less than 3mths got 2new svcs (58 & 59) passing by there. So gd. Y the stretch of Tampines Ave 9 (between junction of Tampines Ave 2/7 & junction of Tampines St 41) when got new svc nv pass by de?

  in toa payoh estate it calls at braddell rd, lor 1 & lor 6 toa payoh then express along PIE until eunos. 506 load might be affected from toa payoh to eunos with the new svc.

  I beg to differ. Sv. 59 will ply Jln Toa Payoh at Siong Lim Temple and St. Andrew's Junior School for sure. The route details poster is not fully indicative of the full route.

  I agree. Otherwise the bus can't get from Toa Payoh to PIE (Changi) at all. All PIE (Changi)-bound buses travel via Kim Keat Rd which enters PIE before Siong Lim temple and St. Andrew's school. Therefore, they all serve those 2 bus stops.

  From what I observed so far, I think the following will happen:
  
  1) svc 59 will continue from Kaki Bukit Ave 1 into Bdk Reservoir road and thence continue into Tampines Ave 2.
  
  2) and so svc 59 would probably pass through my Damai Secondary School.
  
  Is all this likely since it does (according to the press release) NOT deviate into Bdk Nth Rd Extn unlike the 15 and 58?
  
  I sincerely hope that this new service 59 could pass thru my school......... so that after school I can go to TPY or BIS for joyriding.........................and of course grab some 50-series BIS service guides.

  Because from what I observe (I always in SIMEI for Canton Kitchen Hong Kong style dinner) service 9 if it uses single deckers it would be FULL after Eastpoint, and QUITE FULL if double deckers are used.

  It equates that exp 506 had lose its basic function already (loads there are already very poor) and might be fated to be shortened to Toa Payoh after some time.

  506 duplicates with 59. Let's say if 59 has high demand & 506 has low demand, 506 may likely to be withdrawn or shortened.
