If students still don't turn over a new leaf, their student ez-link cards will be surrendered / confiscated by Transitlink, SMRT Buses or SBS Transit. -
Seriously, i am against the reopen of this particular thread. This forum is Not to teach ppl to cheat but to share our knowledge of buses. For people to ask things regards to buses and NOT to teach people how to cheat fares on our buses.. What will people think of us.. ? THINK before your post anything.. Do you all want people from outside world to think that people in here are cheaters ? or you want them to treat us like those aviation enthusiast whereby they are being treated with respect ? how about us.. ? With this going on and on and on... Tell you frankly We will NEVER get the respect from others... I may not have the power to stop your from posting at this thread. But then again.. It does reflect on each and everyone of you. You will only bring shame to us... It will make the public think twice before they are gonna accept us...

May I remind you guys that fare cheating is illegal. I personally don't really care whether you guys fare cheat or not, but please do not post such a topic here. This forum was created for bus enthusiasts and not for fare cheaters.
I hope that you respect us bus spotters by not posting such topics like this or off-topic threads like what Angela09 did. We can surely use that space for more bus discussions. -

For adults, your card could be damaged due to full fare charges of the remaining journey even alighting has taken place, if you don't tap your card at the exit readers, remember! If you forgot to tap your card, you can get a refund at the TransitLink Ticket Offices, refer to TL Guide for details. -

Often saw some ppl purposely put their ez-link card on the scanner display screen on a crowded bus.
When they alight from the bus, they pretend to scan at the exit scanner & the scanner start to beep-(happened to seen it show "Error-Pls broad from the front" bef), then they kept scanning for a few time then got off with a black face.
Some will go to front & scan then go to exit & scan only when ppl stare at them cos if they took a long trip, they only need to pay $0.63 intsead of the normal fare.
