Bus sevices timing

Have your notice that some of the feeder service frequencies is totally like shit shit. E.g sv 284 can have a frequency of 4-18mins. Is it true? Other sv also got this kind of problem.

i don't see the need for svc 354 to have 2 buses. they do 4/5/6 trips b4 a break and these 2 buses would come close together aft a 2/3 trips.

Svc 911, 912 & 913 is also the same. When I always take 912 from church, it makes me waited for at least 30-40 minutes, just because plenty of people returning from Johor were taking the bus, really full load of people.
Anyway, there is a notice 'Customer Service Information' posted at the affected bus stops, some of them might have been removed. -

then wat abt svc 28 on weekdays between 5pm to b4 6.30pm is it 10mins per bus? The svc freq doesnt tally with the internet bus guide 4 svc 28. i guess so.

How come the frequency really like shit. About 4-20 mins. Have to wait so long. Other feeder service face the same problem too.

All bus svs in SG can face delays as of cars using the bus lanes during the crucial peak hrs or narrow rds like @ Loyang -

There were plans to widen Telok Paku Road to Nicoll Drive, so that it will cater to the aviation industies and the various transportation needs due to CACC, but the plan was shot down by the Green groups, which has a few very vocal group of professionals.
They wanted heavy vehicles to be banned from Loyang Ave and Telok Paku Road, and force them to use Changi Coastal Road.
They won't listen to reason, only saying that the planners are stupid, with no foresight, and wanted to destroy Singapore's Natural habitat.

inside the cargo complex, roads are 4 lanes per direction -

Hmm if Loyang Ave as a whole, I think they started portions of it from 2003. I remembered because I was having my BMT then (early to mid 2003).
Pretty hellish in some places, I remember. Luckily, I only had to take it during weekends. -
Even though road has been widened, expect traffic congestion for the upcoming AA06 in another 3 mths
