  I found another toys shop that sells several types of bus models at WestMall shopping centre (next to Bt Batok MRT Stn) at the 3/4 level (forgotten which level).
  
  One of them is a double-decker articulated bus, right hand drive. very cute.

  unfortunately no. I think you can only get it in Sentosa.

  both types. abt $10-30 ranges, with different types of buses on sale.
