SBST Does NOT owned Geylang Lor 1 terminal.. it is shared between SBST and SMRTB...Originally posted by Apex-LW'21:but left with Svc 11. SBS owned this terminal.
No its not...Originally posted by Apex-LW'21:But at Geylang Lor 1, it serves one SBST svc, which is Svc 11. SSB Geylang Depot is also located at Geylang Lor 1 Ter.
Maybe can, then there will be another new svc(like 882) to cover the withdrawn sector, and maybe 64 will go to Eunos.Originally posted by SBS9828X:How bout Sims Dr? possible anot?
The old ones I think is MK IIs & VO2x DDs. I don't think there are old NAC DDs now since LO2x retired in 2003.Originally posted by junh:NOT ONLY DO THE TERMINALS NEED TO RETIRE!
ALOT OF BUSES TOO!!!
LOOK AT THE FLEET OF 154..
SO MANY OLD SINGLE DECKED BUSES.
THEY EVEN HAVE THE OLD OLD DOUBLE DECKED NONAIRCONED ONE!!!
The Hougang South Int closed in 2004. SBST Svcs 112, 113 & 119 later called at the old interchange, later renamed as Kovan City Terminus (SBST 115 & some crossborder express svcs terminates there)Originally posted by stellazio:i still haven't forgiven sbs for taking away the hougang south interchange..![]()

[b]Sims Place Terminal is also a popular target to be closed, since only one service (64) serves there. now think what [b]other terminals only has one bus service terminates there.
Ghim Moh also a high chance.Sorry to tell u that Ghim Moh Ter got 3 svc - 92, 100 and 111

Why SBST don't want to make Kovan City like Serangoon Garden???Originally posted by Apex-LW'21:The Hougang South Int closed in 2004. SBST Svcs 112, 113 & 119 later called at the old interchange, later renamed as Kovan City Terminus (SBST 115 & some crossborder express svcs terminates there)
Svc 119 is also one-directional. Kovan City & Serangoon Gdns, is a different place.Originally posted by gorby107:Why SBST don't want to make Kovan City like Serangoon Garden???
Two directional.....
But it is only one-directional for 112 and 113
Those aunties and uncles, after go marketing(just next to Kovan City) need to walk a long distance to the bus stop(opp near NTUC Supermarket or opp Blk 210) or to Kovan MRT, if they want to take different directions for 112 and 113
Unless they want to change buses
to prevent it from looking like an interchangeOriginally posted by Apex-LW'21:Svc 119 is also one-directional. Kovan City & Serangoon Gdns, is a different place.
Why don't SBST place berths for cross-border express svcs & Svc 112, 113, 115 & 119?
Ermm... Some of the NACs DD buses are even better than the current AC Buses.. FYI...Originally posted by junh:NOT ONLY DO THE TERMINALS NEED TO RETIRE!

It's just a matter of time that both BV and GM terminals retire. Both would probably merged to become BV interchange and locate next to BV MRT station. The aborted LTA HQ project had delayed the plans for the BV interchange.Originally posted by kengkia:G M ter and current/new buona vista ter is close to each other just a street away...look up in street directory
Yup... I know that since I had been there a few time.Originally posted by kengkia:G M ter and current/new buona vista ter is close to each other just a street away...look up in street directory
The post above yours had already answered your question..Originally posted by brotherchen1982:Yup... I know that since I had been there a few time.
Just don't understand why LTA haven't come up with a so-called Bouna Vista Int beside the current Buona Vist Stn![]()
Will the opening of the CCL mean that BNV Interchange will be built?Originally posted by iamgoondu:It's just a matter of time that both BV and GM terminals retire. possibly.Originally posted by iveco:Will the opening of the CCL mean that BNV Interchange will be built?
anyway, off-topic, 4 Circle Line stns will open in 2008 & the rest will open in 2010, due to Nicoll Highway collapse last year.Originally posted by iveco:Will the opening of the CCL mean that BNV Interchange will be built?
