2. Well, nowadays these KMB customer service center are located at important bus stops/bus terminus, such as in Sha Tin Town Center Bus Terminus (under the New Town Plaza), or the Cross-Harbour Tunnel Toll Plaza bus stop(s) (near the tunnel entrance and just beside the Hung Hom Railway Station).
I don't know, if you are referring to the one in Sha Tin, the one in Tsuen Wan, or the one in Cross-Harbour Tunnel?Originally posted by sbst275:Did I remember wrongly or not, there used to be 1 many yrs ago

By the way, in recent few years, whenever I had the chance to get back into HK, I would be a frequent visitor to the customer service centres in Sha Tin and at the XHT Toll plaza.Originally posted by SGEMP:I don't know, if you are referring to the one in Sha Tin, the one in Tsuen Wan, or the one in Cross-Harbour Tunnel (XHT)?
