PEOPLE'S ASSOCIATION PUBLIC TRANSIT (PAP TRANSIT)
i am proud to be the owner of dis large and diverse company. we very proactive in transport, providing buses only when the demand is there, while promoting use of other transport modes when buses not available.
da motto
good customer service at the cost of some frequency. we base this on the PAP's motto of "prosperity at the cost of some liberties". we oso carry PAP ministers on campaign trail with armed NSmen.
da singlish way
da singlish way is be ruthless in business, but not ruthless in service to customers. we proud to say that we take over cck new town sharing woodlands area with existing company operating in area. this is business da singlish way. because demand is not high as tuas and in reservoir area, we reduce frequency from 8 min average to 30 min for woodlands and choa chu kang. if more people take bus, then we readily deploy more buses to increase the service. this is service the singlish way. we run very circular routes to ensure many people are within 10 min walk of our bus service. so, when promoting other mode of transport, if distance travelled is shorter or doesn't take so long by riding bike... use bike lah! this is service da singlish way. in this way, we promote good health too. after 9.30pm, no more buses, so we have helpful reminder at bus stop saying that if u have watch, check watch to see if u miss last bus. if u miss last bus, then u can take taxi, or car pool, or take another bus, or walk lah.
da only way
because our service don't parallel any other service our service is da only way. we link everyone da only way possible: by being within 10 min walk of almost all people in housing estate. we also offer music to passengers because we are a motor service for the people by the people.
choa chu kang and woodlands area
because demand is not as high as in tuas and in the reservoir area, we reduce frequency from 8 min average to 30 min for woodlands and choa chu kang. this because many people can take other local bus service, and we dun poach passenger from other company. dis is against alliance rules. low used feeder service, which go to interchange twice will be scrapped. so all intra town service like 911, 913 and 291 and 293 will be terminated. signs will be put up with 1 week notice. service that run on expressway will have fares increased because they are express service. 989, 858, 966, 190 will now have $1.80 starting fare, and then follow express fare rate. 190 will run at reduced frequency as well, from 5 min to 30-45 min.
the fleet
fleet is instantly recognised by streamer and loud music and different colour scheme. no 2 buses are painted the same, and this also reduce cost of repainting. we have graffiti artist to repaint bus when needed.
all buses have no aircon to reduce emissions and gases. it also mean we can run buses faster, with full power. with full power bus inside get windy, so with wind come coolness. no need for aircon! our buses are recogniseable with streamers and colourful paintings. alot of our fleet are ex india, but our fleet are 80 low floor wheelchair accessible TATA 6969MLE. this is new chassis with middle engine, wheelchair ramp at back, and elderly person seats at front. able bodied persons can sit in middle section with steps. this is unique chassis with low floor at front and back, and new "hi-viewer" level in middle. it is only twin deck wheelchair-carry bus in world. very practical. we also buy ex SBS Transit B10M and convert them to low floor, we got 7 in service, rebadged as Ovlov B10MLAWCA (lo-access wheelchair access), and got 53 left to rebuild. we got licence to rebadge and rebuild from Volvo we also have mercedes O.305 bought from new zealand and germany, which we convert to low floor. this means we have only O.305N in world. again, this is da singlish way.

SGForums should serve as an information board to the members of the public. Your own fantasy bus companies is not real, and does not provide useful information whatsoever to the public. In fact, it can be misleading even. Hence it should be done on a less public domain, or even your own website or whatever. -

Drivers instrumental gauges should be improved...0-6000rpm tachometer,0-160km/h speedometer,neon light for visibility during night time..Driver's seat should be Recaro or Sparco and finally improved front headlights(for bus driver to highbeam laggers)...
