Almost the same, but definitely newer.Originally posted by stooper:So how's the floorboard and steps? Different colour?
9024Z has smooth platsic A/C ducts, but didn't notice anything about steps and floorboards.
Nope. Plenty of buses already have the "chameleon eyeballs", that includes VOs, LOs, MKIVs. As well as 997A. Some buses have a mix, apparently bcos some itchy hands took a few of the original down.Originally posted by stooper:I believe there's only 1.
Anyway, is 1900Y the only Strider with circular A/C vents? Or did they replace both the seats and A/C vents together?

70x - RapidBusOriginally posted by eX.A.K.R.:Does anyone know the eulogy of bus routes in the 7XX range? It seems like this range is often used for little-known or "weird" bus routes, with the only exception being route 700 (formerly RapidBus 700). I do know that the Jurong Island routes have been using the 71X series, even after SBS Transit lost control of it to a private bus company. I have also heard of Turf Club bus routes operated by SBS Transit (heard somewhere once that someone took either the diesel-powered Volvo B10BLE or Scania L94UB - can't remember which - on one such route, and all I remember was that it had a 7XX number). Also, the Changi Airport Bus Plan 1983 mentions four SSB routes using the 7XX range: 727, 737, 747, and 757, which, the text suggests, operated to the airport from various housing estates piror to the bus plan. Are there any other bus routes in this number range (either an SBS/SBS Transit, TIBS/SMRT, SSB/CSS, or Scheme B bus route)?
So, what are the exact routes, and where did they ply?Originally posted by ^tamago^:70x - RapidBus
71x - Jurong Island Services
78x - ex-Turf Club services
79x - Festive/ex-Sentosa services
711 - Ayer Merbau areaOriginally posted by eX.A.K.R.:So, what are the exact routes, and where did they ply?
I do know about the following:
711, 712, and 713 - former SBS Transit Jurong Island routes, all withdrawn when SBS Transit lost control of the Jurong Island routes. They plied to different areas within Jurong Island - can't remember exactly where.
714(?), 715, and probably others - current Jurong Island bus routes, provided by a private bus company called Transport Network Consotrium. Not sure of it's routing...
715 from Jurong EastOriginally posted by SBS9889U:714/716/717/717 was avaliable, but now i m not sure about their avaliability now
782 was from Bedok to Turf City.Originally posted by eX.A.K.R.:So how about the 78X and 79X routes? Also, were the old Sentosa routes (A, B, C, D, E, M) known as routes 79X internally?
