Certainly looked like the Sutrak 3 vent one.Originally posted by Scania:That is a Cool air air con.
SBS2998J leaves Serangoon Int around 4:15pm to 4:30pm... should be lar, but not 100% confirmedOriginally posted by Yaimster:Hmm ... Anyway do you guys know the departure times for 105 CNGs from Serangoon Int in the afternoons? Thanks alot!
Most of the buses with Denso AC are the Lances. However, some of them also use Sutrak.Originally posted by Scania:No SBST Mercs besides 999U uses Denso, There are three kinds of air con, one is Webasto, the other is also Webasto and the third Sutrak. One of the Webasto is the one with two vents, the other has three vents. How to see whether its a Webasto, look on top of the air con where the fans/rotor are, there will be a Webasto word above each rotor.
I assume you're only talking about CAC Mercs?Originally posted by Scania:No SBST Mercs besides 999U uses Denso, There are three kinds of air con, one is Webasto, the other is also Webasto and the third Sutrak. The CAC WA MK2 flat A/Cs are also Denso, along with LO3x. Also SMRT Volgren 12m.Originally posted by iveco:Most of the buses with Denso AC are the Lances. However, some of them also use Sutrak.
Yes.Originally posted by stooper:I assume you're only talking about CAC Mercs?
That means both the squarish design (with 2 vents on each side and 4 fans) and the one which looks like a rounder version of Sutrak (3 vents on each side, 5 fans) are both Webasto?
The squarish design one being used on CAC DM MK2s also?

Wrong, there are more SBST buses which use Denso than SMRT Lances.Originally posted by iveco:Most of the buses with Denso AC are the Lances. However, some of them also use Sutrak.
Some DM Mercs in SBS fleet have AC units supplied by Fuji Industries.
Both use the Denso unit (3 vents and 5 fans on top with round corners).Originally posted by chickenlittle2:huh? SBS 3723D, SBS 3731E uses sutrak carrier a/c unit ??
Although both are rather short (in height), the Denso one has round edges on all 4 sides, with 4 fans placed in 2 rows.Originally posted by Scania:The SMRT CAC Mercs use Hispacold and Denso, though it is difficult to identify which are Denso and which are Hispacold.

It was a Mk I with a Van Hool body kit. SBS liked it so much that they purchased almost 1000 units of this model over the years.Originally posted by SBS9806J:Was SBS 9C a B10M? If it was, what Mark was it?
275 also a matter of time.. in fact, SBST is slowly withdrawing its feeders, in place are new/ extended trunk services for better connectionsOriginally posted by iveco:Svc 274 was already doomed when 57 came about.
Same thing as Svc 17 (BDK to BNDEP stretch) and 163 (SKG to Fernvale sector). Will there be a 57A looping @ Gilman Hts in future?
