Sv60 has red/white plates in front and most BCs place them in the middle.Originally posted by iveco:The bi-colour plates are needed because the particular bus service calls at the same bus stop in each direction.
So far, St Mike's services are the only ones I know with the In and Out signs. 139 and 155 have an extra desto in front. Not very sure about 60 and 98.
You forgot 221 (before it became Townlink 222).Originally posted by 105090:The St Michael's IN/OUT plates are not in use already.. no point also.. who want to take them from Whampoa road to the terminal?
315/317 uses the small plate as well. last time used IN/OUT.
2 colour scheme services: 60 73 98 124 125 131 136 155 186 160 170 225 231 former232 243 410

Entering St. Michael's is totally white.. gg towards Pasir Ris is white/red i think.Originally posted by ah-soh:then how about service 21?
You also missed out on Svc 300 in 1998, they also used 2 colour scheme plates.Originally posted by 105090:The St Michael's IN/OUT plates are not in use already.. no point also.. who want to take them from Whampoa road to the terminal?

commonly seen on feeder svcs (eg. 225) and cross-border svcs (eg. 160 & 170).Originally posted by brotherchen1982:
Got so many buses use 2 plates in both direction.

Noticed that most of the front desto of Townlink svcs had the word "Townlink" remove & the plate change to the normal plate. (eg. 358,359)[/b]
Yes.Originally posted by muziq bus:Back then, did 122 ( BB - St Mikes ) have the 2 plates system as well?
They should place 2 colour schemes on every bus stops that served on that particular colour. (eg. 225 has 2 colour schemes and the bus-stop plate should place 225G & 225W to avoid boarding the wrong bus.)Originally posted by SBS3688Y:Yes.
btw, I hope SBST can place additional bus-stop plates to inform passengers that these services from both directions will call at the same bus-stop (something like what SBST & SMRTB do for the SWT svcs). Passengers who are unfamilar with the bus-stop may board the wrong bus.
291/293 still hv themOriginally posted by Apex-LW'21:seen it last month, they have new fonts for 358 & 359, the Townlink had been removed.
410 is the 1st Townlink Svc, if I'm not wrong, it is introduced on Jun 1992, converted to 2 colour scheme (Green & White plate) in 1993.
I also knew that 265 & 268 desto still have 'TOWNLINK' on it.Originally posted by SBS9828X:291/293 still hv them![]()
In case you are not aware, Green/ White plate Services routes are mutually exclusive. They will never call each other at the same bus stop, except the Interchange.Originally posted by Apex-LW'21:They should place 2 colour schemes on every bus stops that served on that particular colour.
