  heyy I saw this bus two days ago.It was like this I was waiting at the bus stop for 153 than this 147 bus very new Volovo Super Olympian came I saw the License plate SBS9889U Very familiar ok now I know

  SBS 9889 U is a Volvo Super Olympian assembled by ComfortDelgro Bodyworks. It is currently on 147.

  I think it is TIB905Y, because the back EDS is not used, and it is replaced with plastic destos.

  Yes, but looks quite weird seeing the rear desto holder.
  
  SBS 999 U has a rear EDS, but it permanently shows SBS. So they placed a plastic 18 rear desto just below it.

  SBS9889U - Came with plastic desto, no EDS mounted on before
  SBS999U - EDS error siah, so put plastic desto in front
  SBS9888Y - EDS kanna ripped off, now looks very weird

  So from tis info. at 9.16 am of a weekday... 9889 start at Hougang on 147 and ends at clementi?

  Yup, SBS9889U starts from Hougang Ctrl Int at 0916 hrs of a weekday and ends at Clementi Int.
