  Sometimes the VSO gets so inaccurate that it arrives at HG (not HG Int) at 1945 instead of 1915, and othertimes, I caught sight of it as early as 1830!

  Holiday SCHEDULE very unstable.
  Can see it at 7am in CLE Int, 8am, 9am or 10am. So strange. Some fella said 1pm in HG, but by right it should have gone for its SWING.
  Was 9245C also like that? (Previous 147 perm, now EpBus)
