No. it is not better. it gets worse. Tamago has shown much disregard for sbstransit notices.
the notice did say for internal circulation. this is NOT INTERNAL. this is very public. also even if the service will be launched in due time, one should not be posting trade secrets of SBSt out in the open. I have given warning to tamago before but he do not listen.
also your credibility has been hit recently with the false prediction of 197 going BNDEp. while i eagerly rubbed my hands with glee , i discover that the buses are still under HGDEP. in effect you have caused quite a oncfusion among the bus community with your untimely" predictions.
another case to point out is the prediction of service 52 only to see it delayed for a full one week being launched.
if am the moderator i would have deleted this entire thread straight away.

like tt i rather 174e operates throughout the day..
even last time, one diretional peak period Express services like 507 511 512 operates 3 hours in mornings, evenings, and also on saturdays. FFW only weekdays 1 hr each. -

Also prefer 97e to operate throughout the day, it will incur less travel time. -

2) Cutting down the number of buses going to Boon Lay Int (all buses will be parked at SLBP)
3) Shorter travel time (I hope) - I find it faster & cheaper to take sv99 & transfer to sv7 with the current route. -

I was hoping that they won't amend it on the X'mas weekend, 'cos it'll cause disruption to the plans of many merrymakers who will be in town. i had a close look at the 502 idea by tamago
the route is very long. in fact i think travelling time to orc from boon lay will be very longer than current 502

502A and B is single direction only?

The route is about the same distance as the current 502, but it uses the expressway instead of via Holland Rd, Clementi...meaning lesser traffic light junctions. If you're going during peak hours, its better to take 502A...its a lot faster than u think. The problem with the route is the jam along Stevens Rd during peak hours (ask any sv105 BCs & sv190 SCs & they'll tell u that); and Anderson Rd because there's a school there & the road is very narrow as well (sure to have some inconsiderate parents who anyhow park).Originally posted by ZYX2005:i had a close look at the 502 idea by tamago
