Complain about this bus driver

Last month I went to Bukit Merah Int
I notice that 198 boarding berth is shifted to outside the road(because of some LTA works or what so ever)
The boarding berth was a bus stop
and the bus parked at there......
Maybe 72 can use this method, if outside the Int have space and be near to it????? -

i dun think a normal bus stop is enough for a service like 72. even the queue rails are not enough during PM peak. -

JE Int, you can pull your hair out if waiting for buses. It jams so frequently you can get stuck like for 5 min, and then hey! Another svc of the SAME number came in.

In the peaks at Boon Lay, it jams more frequently! They recently drew a special lane for the buses to queue to go into the parking lots. I think there aren't enough parking lots.
In the morning peak, sometimes, you can see 3 179 buses waiting at the berth for boarding. -
BNL Int is indeed too small.
