I'm sorry to say quite a few are stuck in the workshop. Lately been raining heavily many other buses returned for faulty wipers that our guys do not have time to do the CNG buses. comfort good but somehow i like the way 1688K handles the roads with less bumpin ard. the CNg gearbox (ZF5HP500) seems to keep jerking the bus a lot.
now u need to do soemthing bout 2993
it starting to act like one of those 1688 or 2989 folks
virbate when acc or idleing.
2991 prob still has its rear breake error.

3 things noted:-
1) the bus will tilt when the door opens (kneeling function)
2) the validator is behind the side desto holder instead of behind the BC. Most people who want to take the ticket will turn here turn there looking for it.
3) people refusing to move to the back of the bus because of the extra step behind...makes them 'stand out'. -

Yep, split shift on Weekdays...
For Weekdays, they will do 243W in morning peak, and then 243G in evening peak. For the first evening peak round, one departs at around 16.25, while the other departs at around 16.40. -

Let me correct myself a bit...
2998J will do half a round of 243G, then 3 rounds of 243W, then a few rounds of 243G, then refill in morning peak.
Then in the evening peak, it'll do all 243Gs...
Can't confirm 2999G yet... -

I believe that SBS2988M does enter Woodlands area because I saw the pics of the bus parked outside Woodlands Civic Centre. That was in 2002.
