ez-link card

  i am a sec 5 student this year.
  
  previously i was express in sec 3, but then drop to NA in sec 4.
  
  today i went to top up my card(monthly bus stamp), the person told me i can't top up my card(monthly bus stamp) because the computer shows that i am waiting for my O'levels results.
  
  i told them that i am sec 5 this year but they need prove.
  
  and now they charge me adult fare whenever i take bus.
  
  how to show them that i am not waiting for O's results as i am sec 5 this year?

  go to ur sch first thing in the morning tuesday and ask the office ppl to give u a referral and den head down to transitlink office.
