Yes, agreed. Both 57 & 58 I think are the least well-received route that SBST has initiated. Both have very poor loads, although not so for 58 during peak hours. I predict that if their loads don't improve in the near future, they will be amended or withdrawn.Originally posted by muziq bus:57? For Sv 58 I will put it, there is not always 'a sure making money bus sv', the peak hr loading I would say is good... But the off peak loading to me, is just like those Ind Svs which do not have relatively high loading as residential svs

But ppl inside SBS dun think of this way, many of such svs ends up majority NAC fleet, Sv 58 is considered lucky as it is a new sv -
if we post those useless bus routes ....

58 should be amended somehow as it duplicates with Service 53, 55 and 59(From Bishan) in one way or another. The only parts that are not duplicated are: Serangoon Ave 3/2 , Upp Paya Lebar Rd, Ubi Ave 3 and Pasir Ris Dr 3. Hence i would suggest 58 to use Bishan Rd -> Braddell Rd -> Lor Chuan -> Serangoon Ave 3/2 -> Upp Paya Lebar Rd -> Ubi Ave 3 -> Kaki Bukit Ave 1 -> Bedok/Simei/Tampines area before going to Pasir RisOriginally posted by my@jas:Yes, agreed. i strongly feel S58 should still ply Tamp Ave 10, Bdk North Rd Ext frm Ubi/Kaki Bukit to reach PSR w/o beating ard the bush.

Svc 31 has 2 replace its majority SD buses with DD buses. 2day (17jan) queue at tamp int in the morning peak (8am plus) & the commuters line up until outside mcd then u turn towards the buzz kiosk. Anyone aware of it? -

u try 72 one day from Yio Chu Kang..
Queue reaches MRT station steps and they sent a mini bus (mercedes) and when the bus departed (full) and commuters have to wait for next bus, the next departing 72 is still a long way from coming
