"No Standing Rule"?

  SGH and NUH MRT - Hosp shuttle both runned by SMRT
  
  Yet SGH one strictly no standing, NUH one standing is allowed
  
  But I thought these 19 seater are by right mandatory no standing is allowed?

  FARMART SHUTTLE & Qian Hu Shuttle also have 'No Standing' Rule as well...

  Nothing to do with this as both SGH and NUH shuttles are under SMRT
  
  Anyway, the coverage has to do with how LTA fix the passenger capacity. Any excess in passenger can mean big trouble under Road Traffic Act esp if any accident were to happen

  I've remembered standing on SJE while at the Causeway but that was some 10 years ago. Maybe Causeway is some kind of "neutral zone".
  
  What I'm aware of, while on Causeway, both CW1 and CW2 will serve both sets of passengers as trunk.

  SG here, they find 1 head standing, $50 summon each
  
  In the early days of CW2, it was a Queen St - Woodlands CIQ service... CW1 serves the JB leg... Handal Indah really lack of service culture as well, Express Service they expect passengers to stand as well
