Me too, I have those bus tickets with SBS 25 Anniversary background. But, my collections of those bus tickets in that particular background are mostly from Sv 190.
For the sentence marked in red, an envelope was also used as an entry form, not only postcards. -

And the green series were the latest addition.. TIBS Japanese buses
they were for sale at only $0.50 each back then....wasted...
