I do feel that CityBuzz does provides Important links around City area.. oe of the most important link that i like itz the C2.. From Chinatown to Suntec CIty... The only link that link up these 2 places..

While I find that the CityBuzz svcs would benefit tourists, I think it's a waste that it runs quite empty most of the time. It would be a better idea if they use SDs.
From Chinatown to Suntec City, I would take CSS 608, but yeah, you have to cross the bridge. -
NO. Due to CNY, i see a rise in tourists taking C2 @ Chinatown(Although not a lot).

No. But comparing CityBuzz with some other operators such as HippoTours, SBS Transit should use open-top DD buses. Passangers would definitely love to sit this kind of buses. If you observe the HippoTours buses, you can see most passengers are sitting on the top rather than the air - conditioned lower deck bus. Also SBS Transit could publitise the CityBuss Services to tourist. For example, on the tourist travel documentation / brochure / guides, include the CityBuzz info., that may increase the ridership.

From the too often seen VERY POOR ridership (double-decker with what ? 3 to 5 persons including driver ?!? what a great laughing joke !) & taking into the account the large capacity vehicles used, i find it a resounding YES that this CityBuzz thing be scrapped ! Makes no business sense to me !!
If they want to keep it, then modify the fares somewhat (like what Handal Indah did with their Kampong-roof JB tourist service) to make it more attractive to everybody (not just the few tourists !) so as to boost overall demand & make better use of the deployed vehicles ! Then perhaps SBST can see improvement in response to like the levels nowadays seen with HI's kampong-roof service.
