oo...u got insider info ah?? or just guessin?Originally posted by ^tamago^:not so soon. maybe, maybe, it might be renumbered as 846.
There's actually some water in his guess (if you get what I mean). There's already the strangely-numbered route 985 from nearby Choa Chu Kang, and feeder routes in Bukit Batok have already been renumbered into the 94- series. I don't see why they won't use the number 986 if a renumbering excersise takes place.Originally posted by muziq bus:oo...u got insider info ah?? or just guessin?

Quite strange for Choa Chu Kang Feeders ... still using 30x .... the rest all use 80x , 81x , 90x , 91x , 92x and 94x.Originally posted by eX.A.K.R.:There's actually some water in his guess (if you get what I mean). Oddly, feeder routes in Choa Chu Kang retain their 300-series designation to this day, when you could have expected A$$MRT to make them in the 800s or 900s. Also, notice how the old route 181 became 961 (to fit it into the other Woodlands trunk routes), while nothing was done to routes 169, 178, and 858?
985 is the intergration of 185 & 989, TIBS/SMRTB want the intergrated svc number involves with part of 185 & 989...Originally posted by eX.A.K.R.:There's already the strangely-numbered route 985 from nearby Choa Chu Kang.

must u still harp on the fare issue... SMRT was not the only one who increased their fares...Originally posted by hisoka:renumber for what???
waste tme and money then they say not profitable and then increase fare again
Also wanna add on......Yishun should renumber 171 to 850, Woodlands should renumber 178 to 968, 187 to 967, 964 should convert into a feeder service and rename 904. Bt Panjang on the other hand should renumber 176 to 976, 177 to 977, and 75 to maybe 971 to complete the 97x series...Originally posted by eX.A.K.R.:There's actually some water in his guess (if you get what I mean).
