in those first wrold countries, like Perth, which i been to, the bus night frequency can drop to 1 hour/trip etc..
but still, in Singapore, we have high density population, and high amount of human at all times..
sv72 if cannot cope, shld try to do a sv179 style -

Still, whenever there is a rationalisation exercise, there are few withdrawals of bus routes. The operating hours are restricted to peak periods in most cases. -

wad is wrong wif NAC service, getting too pampered or wad, u wan FAC fleet, can, pay more lor, den ask SBST to change the fleet immediately...u haf to understand things change gradually...
i haf YET to c EMPTY or ALMOST EMPTY buses bunching, BUT i haf seen FULL LOAD buses bunching, i haf no problem wif this unless the frequency drops to below 18mins...as long as i no nid to wait for more den 18mins for a normal, regular service in Singapore, i am happy with the service, no matter Ac or NAc...bcoz u haf to noe that road condition are unforseenable...even u try your best, such things still occurs...now they r trying to improve it by having a communication system wif the office so tat they can better control the buses either they are ahead or behind of sechdule...
yes, we r not world class, but we r working towards it...things change slowly...if change too fast, things may get worst... -
If someone were to say that I am just complaining too much, then you are the one that is making SBS svs not improving.
I wun be surprised Sv 151 service status would be taken into politics.
If SBS whole day insist that 90% of their fleet is aircon, then 90% of buses per sv should be FAC.. Meaning all svs would be PAC
What a lame joke to say that 90% of the buses in SBS is FAC when svs like 252 have 0% aircon fleet -

I wonder ppl working inside SBS have thought, they are expecting passengers of svs like 151 to take long, packed, smelly, sweaty bus journey to school? Or Ind Svs when to work?
Isn't SBS in the service ind? Why isn't it doing what the Gems is promoting?

come on, if im the bus company, i oso dun care whether it is election or not, i run my company as usual, it is up to political parties to decide whether to work wif bus co. to improve the svc for the particular area to so call win more votes... -

Look here, SMRTB has FAC feeder and industrial services as well as buses that are more cosy. SBST should take a leaf from them. Just don't take after the Iron Lady's management style.

Depends on how the issue of prices are being looked from i.e. in such a context if i mention any prices i'm NOT mainly bothered about the absolute price diffential between say fares in MY or SGP e.g. BUT instead i'm comparing prices WITHIN the respective places/countries between buses & other alternative forms of transport available respectively there.
