Dun say concession fares... Regards to these concession fares, I can see it is restricted to Bt Timah, NUS, Military Installation (Paya Lebar, Pasir Labar & Tuas). See the SBS X'mas and CNY promo, NAC sv passengers gets lesser winning chances
Concession fares that's why 74 forvever PAC and 151 with majority NAC fleet... And those SBS svs serving Military Installations hardly gets aircon fleet
Even I see 3 empty ADD arriving together at times... Though it is stated brunching of buses is not allowed, yet such incident happen daily... Till to date my queries on these to SBS has never been answered -

I believe there are many here that are still studying so dun understand what fare hikes, service lapses means...
As for the promotion, I believe those kaki inside the Marketing side never do their study... There are svs like 91, 151, 186 that are majority NAC fleet... The lucky draw is totally only thanking FAC sv passengers. NAC passenger do not get equal winning chances as the chances are based on per dollar. Can't the lucky draws be counted by fare stages band travelled? -

But if you talk abt being in the service sector, it should be if there are many ppl buying aircon stamps, aircon buses should be deployed as far as possible... If not, ppl that buys these stamps feel shortchanged...
And for Non Aircon buses, if they can use the lower income as a reason, then it should not be just restricted to Ind Svs mainly as they travel islandwide! -

when 74 claimed to have only 6/36 NAC buses (16%) then i dont know why i can take them for 4 rides in a row
then last time, buy NAC stamp, take AC, must top up 10-30cents
but buy AC stamp, take NAC, no refund. now also.

dunno what service he is talking, but you regulary see bunches of DDs arriving together on 179... Usually 1stbus full to door, 2nd bus 3/4 seats filled(no standees), 3rd bus 1/4 - 1/2 seats filled. Further, these few services are long routes and travelled through heavy traffic. So if there is brunching, it is unavoidable due to the traffic. -
What abt buses having their brake lights failed that poses danger to other road users?

The rear brake lights, SBS tech should themselves check it regularly... I'm not going to complain to them anymore as the brunching enquire has been be replied aft 2 mths. If they cannot give general public replies to their feedback, I dun see a need to do so now..
And for that bus, I pray for no rear car raming incident to happen..
As for ppl who still wanna flame and play around by accusing ppl, I can only say is because of such ppl around, SBS dun listen to passengers complain. I do know Sv 186 are some of the svs SBS staff gets regular complains on... Not because of long frequency but the NAC fleet -

Afternoon: 5-20 mins
PM Peak : 2-10 mins
Night time: 15-25 mins
