Only Mk II's will have a lifespan of 19 years. This was answered by SBST in an email at the time when the extension was effected.
The CSS CAC's are allowed on the roads till 2010, same as LO3x. -
Good, the scanias are going. I find some of you guys are wierd to like SBST's scanias . Sorry no offence . Such lousy scrap metals should had been long gone.

Hmm... noticed that some CRBs like SBS3624G painted in SBST livery since this bus lifespan ends on 5/11/06.

My sentiments, but I am sorry that the CRBs will have to go. They were the premium buses with many qualities in their favour. As it is, none can escape age though, many squeak, groan, rattle, leak, vibrate these days, no use hanging on. Don't know what happened, but I just now went up onto HKitalk as a visitor and found out some information about the already-released (not confirmed yet) regoes of Volvo B9TLs.

ya.. it is confirmed that the rego are from SBS7300P to SBS7309R except for sbs7308
weird leh.. SBS7300P year of manufacture is 2002?
