Yeah, all BCs driving the B9TL for service 21 has undergone special training if I'm not wrong like how to operate the ramp & stuff so look out for more enjoyable rides onboard the B9TLOriginally posted by service_238:I believe you had a very comfortable ride. i got take 7304 b4 indeed she's good at driving. Wish those b9tl are fitted with volgren bodies. It would be much more nicer. and the current b9tl looks like a wright bodywork except for the "W" which only wright has and head lights while the similarities are the wipers, wide and curved at the bottom windscreen. Since those b9tl stop outside my school i can always go funride on it. Wah so lucky sia got b9tl, VSO and trident i can take.

apparently one bus was taken out so they had to even out their timings and leave earlier. i actually missed my 7314A cos it left at 10.26pm when it shld leave at 10.37pm. i took 58 down to nab it. the driver (whose 7304 broke down tat day and i stayed on till the mechanics came) told me the bus in front of him left some 20 mins ago and there was no bus in-between so he cannot let ppl wait 30mins for a bus.Originally posted by SMRT Buses:Sorry to ask but what had happened to 7304 earlier & why is it back now Also, when u said the schedule is all mixed up, you mean the current timetable for the WABs found on the SBST website is not accurate Lastly, any idea what rego of the B9TL that you mentioned is out
he reached st. mike's at 11.55pm instead of 12.07am on timesheet so he went back early.
the timetable mix-up was only limited to last night.
the cause of 7304, not sure but maybe it could just be a problematic ECU or something which they could not rectify but is a minor fault. -
i waited for sv21 on 28th after 2015hrs at Tampines Ave 5 [twds St Michael's], 1st came SBS359S, then SBS260S, i tot every alternate bus wld be B9TL, but sadly no... in addition on the other side to Pasir Ris, there was 2 single deck sv21... Strange...

I love bus since small already, don't know much about it. So always come here and learn about it. You guys are great!
Anyway, I took SBS 7302 and 7310 today! Got a nice trip

today i took SBS 7305 B and SBS 7309 R. i feel that the acceleration of SBS 7309 R is a little slow, but SBS 7305 B is ok

On SBS 7314A, if you press the bell from the lower deck of the bus, you can only hear the bell from the lower deck.

B9TL Assessment:
Handgrips are good.
Seats are good.
Back is spacious.
Wheelchair support.
Speeds well.
The front piece of glass is far too thick and optically dense? Looking through it for 15 minutes gives instant headaches, 2 commuters complained.
Ghost bus at night from the front. Svc 21 desto hangs from nowhere.
To ruin the quiet, are beeping sounds. (signals)
The windows rattle within the first 7 days of service?!
OK, unfortunately the systems were terrifying. Seat count says 33 but up there like only left with 5 - 7 seats. -
i FINALI got to take SBS7300P at the supposed 2009hrs... bus came at 2016hrs...the bus ride was smooth, real smooth, bus is v responsive to acceleration & braking... juz like the Transbus Enviro500 or Wright bus i took when i went to Hong Kong... extremely pleasant
One thing to note, there's a camera on the upper deck near the bus stopping sign... -

And i also hate the so called 1 piece windshiels... the jointas are too obvious -
If sbs were to import more b9tl or other SLF DD they should use volgren body. Quality can be garunteed. Eh how come i never see any SD on svc 21. volgren designs are plain... enviro are better... This bus can be seen as loosely based on it also
