  Maybe the bus don't stop at bus stop but it stop at the roadside for the Wheelchair user to board.
  
  Maybe tell LTA to improve the bus stops near there.

  SBS7419G and SBS7425M are on Sv. 21 only because there are THREE Sv. 21 B9TLs inside the BRAM shed. Thanks to amdep donating 7311H and 7320G to bndep, leaving the Sv. 21 fleet with NO SPARE B9TLs.

  So might have another service from AM, which will be given B9TL?
  
  slightly off topic. SBS429/452/485/3865/9808/9810 are still on SV 76. i think only the LO3x got transferred out. need to reconfirm though.

  The LO3X on 76 are found in 28 and 31 recently

  Sv. 76 only needs DDs during the peak periods that's why the LO3X are removed, whereas Sv. 31 cannot cope with the loads at all times of the day that's why the Sv. 76 LO3X have been displaced there.
