it doesn't hurt. in fact, the nearer it is, the better the opportunity to gauge the commuter profile.Originally posted by sBs_boy:Let me ask this question.. hmm. You noticed any more errors PM me.Originally posted by Donavan:I also want to thank that person, but I found errors already.
Just to note:
24/36 = 2/3 = 66.7% (3 s.f.)
20/30 = 2/3 = 66.7% (3 s.f.)
What I got in the document was:
24/36 --> 65% and
20/30 --> 67%.
Just alter the sums, and see got any more errors to correct. Why not put it up on wiki, IF the person does not mind. If the person minds, then don't go kaypoh put up there let everyone see see.

Originally posted by ^tamago^:erm. we don't have a euro-4 requirement for new diesel vehicles until oct. 1. and so far, MD9 has yet to be released, from what i've sourced.

Originally posted by hseochin:Doesn't make sense to me B9TL is Euro-4 ?! I don't think that Volvo person is too accurate here.
As then i'll be fussy on the fuel type & no mention of SCR or other new alternative emission technologies deployed or use of any fuel additive etc. ?
Furthermore the claim on the windscreen sticker is Euro-3.
So there's enough reason to believe it's Euro-3.
As for CNG being Euro-3, perhaps they refering to CNG-diesel hybrid model ??
As if it's 'pure' CNG, it's expected to be Euro-4 ?!?
All new diesel-powered vehicles registered in Singapore from 1 October 2006 will need to comply with the Euro IV emission standard or equivalent alternatives.Originally posted by art0925:HK B9TL are all Euro 4, as of 2006 1/1, all vehicle register after that day have to be Euro 4
Good move! i likeOriginally posted by ^tamago^:All new diesel-powered vehicles registered in Singapore from 1 October 2006 will need to comply with the Euro IV emission standard or equivalent alternatives.
http://www.lta.gov.sg/motoring_matters/motoring_vo_tax_diesel.htm
this is becoming like attack of the clones....
meanwhile, in hong kong, the Air Pollution Control (Vehicle Design Standards) (Emission) Regulations states:
- Euro IV standards for new motor vehicles for diesel since 1 April 2002
- Euro IV standards for new motor vehicles for petrol since 1 January 2005
- Euro IV emission standards for newly registered light duty vehicles not more than 3.5 tonnes from 1 January 2006
the following proposals will be discussed on monday:
- newly registered motor vehicles each of design weight over 3.5 tonnes to comply with Euro IV emission standards from 1 October 2006
- newly registered motorcycles to comply with Euro III emission standards from 1 January 2007
so by right, for buses it will logically be october, not january. but we can see that we are lagging behind in terms of Euro IV compliance....
same as all the current DDs with the extra indicator lights fitted.Originally posted by SBS9828X:anyone realized that the turning indicator for rear upper deck is only on the right side
yup noticed that , mostly 97 dds & 97e buses have them .Originally posted by samtlk:same as all the current DDs with the extra indicator lights fitted.
