Recently i seen B9 frequent on 161 maybe they are trying out to put B9 on 161. The ramp shouldn't have problems reaching the kerb of Woodlands Int , if not why B9 always cameo on 161?

Normally SBST drivers of B9 will purposely go beside the UDs and drive at the same speed when there is one. They won't if there isn't. Wat i think that 161 & 168 often has B9 is because of this 2 reasons , 1. to challenge SMRT buses on SLE as SLE links to SMRT's territory like Woodlands 2nd : just to show off how "classic" they are than the "cheapskate" or Budget SMRT's UDs
