Echoing off_service's reply, SBST might have realised that there are no positive outcome with the stickers. The VO2Xes also didn't have this stickers until the rebranding of SBS into SBS Transit - the stickers used to identify SBS' Superbuses (i.e. air-conditioned double-decks) with the Superbus logo, but the rebranding turned it into a normal SBS Transit logo. I guess they decided to slap it onto the windscreens of the VO2Xes for consistency, but... why are they missing from the B9TLs? -
I think the second one is correct. Notice a bus with the sticker. If a bus gets e.g. the panda eyes ad, when they take the ad off, the sticker is not there. Has anyone noticed the occasional "beeping" sound in the B9TLs coming from the dashboard area? Anyone knows what is the purpose of the beeping?

I believe that's the sound that comes when the BC turns on the direction indicator light (turning signal).

I personally think that it comes from 1 of the 2 "High Tech" blue box which is placed beside the driver. Maybe the beeping comes on if he is running late on shedule? Or some EZ-Link card reader funtion that is only present in the B9TL.
Thats just my personal opinion. Hope some SBST mechanics can tell us what that beeping sound is.

Got to agree with your point there. I noticed that whenever the driver pulls into the bus bay or getting out there will be this sound. Can be very irritating, esp for the driver. 2nd deck can hear the sound already i dunno how the bus driver can tahan whole journey... Hats off to them

10 mins journey from Hougang Ctrl Int to Hougang Ave 8. You'll be able to hear the "beep, beep, beep...". Even the Speed limiter thing also being activated! -

I haven't sat in a B10TL yet... There is no B10TLs near my house...But alot of B9TL.... Must take a ride in the B10TLs one of these days. From what i observe, the B9TL's engine sound nicer from the outside than the B10TLs. Maybe it is becoz of the turbo present in the B9TLs. -

i know 196 may get cameo B10TLs...
juz fyi B10TLs acceleration isnt as good as the B9TLs and in many other ways.. the only thing i prefer about B10TLS is their quiet inside esp upper deck and the interior built by Volgren is so much better than the ComfortDelgro bodywork in B9TLs woa...ComfortDelgro bodywork like waste alot of space leh -

4. Toa Payoh (S28 S31 S56 S143)
5. Hougang (S72 S161) - or Hougang Ave 3 (between Upp S'goon Rd and Tampines Rd) - S25 S72 S81
6. Boon Lay (S30 S154) -- recommended durong peak hours
7. Ang Mo Kio (S25 S76 S133)
Do note the only B10TL on 166 is 9889U and DOES NOT operate throughout the day. -
the remaining services i suspect that will get Volvo B9TLs are 14, 25, 65, 132, 143, 174... i know one or two doesnt belong.. i know its either 14 or 65 that will get but more likely to be 14.. 132 or 174 may not get too

Once SBST happy, they will put the B9s on any Service they like...
But 1 thing for sure, Services plying along Eu Tong Sen St are likely to have B9s. -
Heard rumors that Service 143 will change berths in Jurong East Int...
