Actually, I don't mind riding a non air-conditioned bus on feeder services, and I also don't mind making short trips on such buses on trunk routes (no more that 25 minutes, that is - I will start complaining if it's over that). I used to mind so much I actually detested and boycotted non air-conditioned buses, but thinking back now, I feel so silly. Non air-conditioned buses also charge lower fares, and many places in Singapore are air-conditioned already anyway, so even if you "suffer" a bit on such a bus, you will most likely get cool comfort at your destination.

agree. feeder or short-haul trunk routes can use feeder actually..
eg. 90 91 94 95 191 194.
but some feeder is a no-no, esp the tampines feeder and some others.
also, maybe if the non-aircon only appears on peak hours only, its still OK.. since i always see some 265 aircon park inside the bus carpark, so doesnt mean really no more bus to use -

as a normal person who dont go around chasing buses, what we want is just proper buses to ride home or go to work. got non-aircon, can always wait for aircon or substitute..
not really a problem even if the buses in my street goes NAC..

Service 181 should also renamed to 241 and convert to feeder too...
Same to SMRT service 964 rename to 904 and convert to feeder
Other services like 42, 825 and 882 should also convert to feeder -

the journey may take too long. the 2 services are meant for fast point-to-point transfer between NUS and the transport nodes at BNV and CLE.
and the demand profile is so different that it may result in under-utilisation on the buona vista sector. -

look at 38 towards bedok. got 4 bus stops all fare stage 4.5. -

but for S94. that time i hesitant to take it frm comfort driving ctr to eunos int scared will go to 2nd fare band. the "shortness" is not significant enough. -
