Haiyooo......making fuss abt those Nissan buses, hah? i know some perm on 980. But why make big fuss? I dun care, except TAKE OFF THOSE ******* Lance's. I'm kinda sick of 'em.

colourful seats, grey interior tat makes me feel cool n oso air-conditioning very cooling 
Bendies and Volgren buses cameoing on sv 980 lagi better
Those Nissans r really very horrible, esp CAC ones
brown awful dirty seats, beige interior, some air-cons very warm, like NAC Nissans in the past made me gotta feeling to puke whenever i sit on them 
the OAC ones still ok in some extent 
PS: I hv been skipping those CAC nissans on sv 980 very regularly in order to get on those newer Dennis Lance or Volgren buses

I got a suggestion here service 980 should be like service 169, deploy full MB0405 and Habit fleets. Those Scanias and DL245 buses will come in as cameos.

In fact, the Nissan buses really deserves to be hated the most. The oldest SMRT buses on Singapore. Scanias, DAF and Dennis Lance are different versions of their "unique" bus models that each of the SMRT depots have, bus conditions still quite okay. I feel that Merz, Volgren and bendies are still the best in SMRT .

For me all bus models above is ok ,although i rarely take Nissans , scania etc.... i just appreciate it

Dennis Lance buses in fact is 1 of the most comfortable SMRT buses have other than all MB0405s and bendies, esp when it was brand new in 1999, wif Denso a/c system. OAC Scanias n DAFs 2 me still quite ok, CAC Scanias soso only
In fact I really hate those CAC nissans n its interior, esp these few weeks notice the 3 Woodlands CAC Nissan muskeeters on sv 980 -

Seriously, anything is okay except those Lance's. They're nearly everywhere along with the Habit bendy's. I'm sick of both. Alright,today, June 25, I took 1 home. Registered CSS 183U, it didn't have brown seats. Kinda colourful seats, actually. Not dirty, but clean. If one is dirty, it does not mean the rest is dirty.

FYI, CSS183U was converted to Roving Bus. Somewhere in this year, it went back to SMRT fleet. A lot of people are very curious about the interior. To me, Dennis Lance buses are OK to me, especially the UK and the Volgren ones.
(PS: A fully painted Volgren Lance is seen on service 980 today during the evening peak )
CSS183U is an OAC Nissan bus, of course it doesn't have brown seats
. Only CAC Nissans have those dirty brown seats. -

Last time Sunday means putting all Nissans to sleep at depot, and use Merz or Scania cameos on affected services. Now Nissans still dare to come out even on Sundays and Public Holidays. -

Nowdays WL operated sv 980 really very unstable
Sometimes CSS CAC Nissans...sometimes TIB1255H...sometimes TIB1254K...Sometimes TIB1253M...Sometimes OAC Nissan like CSS183U, TIB367A...ALL the diffrent variants of Nissans from Woodlands -
