NISSAN U31 RCN

  noticed all the NISSAN has a slower flicker rate in the indicator lights. they light for longer periods of time than being non-lit in between the intervals. if u get what i mean.
  
  also, its lucky most are reapinted. see the Training bus (362/366), was looking bad before repainted.

  The "Door closing" lamp sucks as well... Some of them light up or blink as long as the door is open. And when the door really starts to close, it switches off...
  The door and buzzer also has bad coordination. Some of the buzzers work just like the door closing lamp I mentioned above... While some sound for 1 second after the door has closed but not when the door is closing...

  Em... maybe ? The UDs has still a couple of years before its lifespan is up. Hope that SMRT will BUY some more buses.

  if all things old have to go just for development and the tourist's eyes, i suggest we tear down all the shophouses in katong, kg glam, chinatown and build skyscrapers instead.

  I agree, high time to buy new buses. Compare to SBST now, got the new Volvo single decks and double decks, all bought within 2004-2006. SMRT newest bus model so far is the Habit and Volgren Bendys since 2001.
  
  For SMRT, instead of buying new buses, they used the old ex-CSS buses instead...so run down, looks very ugly especially when painted in red and white and also sometimes aircon not working. See that bus model already makes me wanna puke Especially such old buses deploy to Orchard Road , Suntec City and Bugis Junction it it seems to be an eyesore man...

  SBST should display the VSO or Dennis Tridant, SMRT should display the Habit Buses and the newer batch Kawasaki trains. Should also display the SBST operated MRT and LRT too.
