The recent national runway cycling(?) event by RSAF (and SAFRA) used PTE buses. I was very disappointed. Waited 1 hour for those lousy private buses that are old except for 1 or 2 new ones.Originally posted by sbst275:RSAF Open House 2006

Based on 2003's, Sv 94 used NAC MK2, and yes, 94 if I can remember it operated on SundayOriginally posted by SBS9889U:The recent national runway cycling(?) event by RSAF (and SAFRA) used PTE buses. I dont tink Sv94 is going to operate on 3 Sep 2006. Anyway, the shuttle bus seem to be a bit extra on 2 sep 06 as Sv94 normally uses Full AC O405s on Sv94 on Saturdays and the frequency is greatly improved.
If i am not wrong, In 2005, Sv94 did not operate on Sunday.Originally posted by sbst275:Based on 2003's, Sv 94 used NAC MK2, and yes, 94 if I can remember it operated on Sunday
2003's one was the worst, 90, 94 and the SMRT bus shuttles hardly could cope, chaos at the AFM bus stop, ppl just rushed to cross over to the Opp AFM bus stop to board 90 and 94
The shuttle bus queue was real long
This year I fear equally or even bad, cos they are showcasing the Apache for the 1st time for aerial performance
ADDs has to be deployed to both svs to prevent the chaos of what happened back in 2003Originally posted by SBS9889U:If i am not wrong, In 2005, Sv94 did not operate on Sunday.
Yeah, I still remember 2003, the frequency for the SMRT Shuttle was simply too terrible and buses all crowded, especially from RSAF, going towards RSAF that direction still not as bad although very crowded and long queues too. I think it was that year or 2004 that SBS Transit deployed a DD using SD's desto on Sv94 (the DD had some petrol company ad) and it was very crowded. Sv94 then was still under HGDEP so NAC MK2s were possible on Sv94. This time hopefully they use the MB O405s.
SMRT had Lances for their charter.Originally posted by 105090:i remembered going to one of threse airplabne shows at PLAB. a sunday of course.

The realigned Tanjong Kling Road is also wider than the existing Tanjong Kling Road by 1 lane in each direction. The widening and realignment works are part of the project at Pioneer Road, Tanjong Kling Road and part of Jalan Buroh, which aims to tie in with JTC en-bloc redevelopment proposal at Tanjong Kling area.
