Even Trident also breakdown...Originally posted by SBS3625D:9690A broke down at PSR Dr 12, appears to be due to sticky first gear. This bus had it coming. In the preceding months, engine had been very rough and the gearbox was laggy.

This accident happened on 12 Jan 2002, at C'wealth Ave West/Clementi Rd junction, when a SBS double decker bus turning right to C'wealth Ave West collided with a motorcyclist travelling along Clementi Rd.Originally posted by samtlk:SBS ordered to pay damages for biker's death
A High Court judge rules that SBS is liable for motorcyclist's death, despite evidence he could have been drunk.
Bus was seen leaving SLBP for some reason on Friday... Should be back in service...Originally posted by ^tamago^:fatal accident at 7am involving SBS8017B knocking down someone at junction of North Buona Vista Rd/Commonwealth Rd West.
Originally posted by chickenlittle2:There's a bus accident inside BNL Int (alighting bay; in front of toilet) on 19 May 2006. The bus in front was SBS3802J while the bus at the rear was a MB OAC Alexander-bodied with Fuji A/C bus (SVc243). It seemed to me that the bus behind was trying to overtake the bus in front, but the BC somehow mis-judged and the left of the bus knocked onto the rear of the bus in front.
Someone was injured and ambulance was called.

Based on your description, a Fuji A/C, if it isn't a cameo, it can only be these buses...Originally posted by samtlk:Saw all the 243's perm WAs on the road...so no idea which bus it was.
looks more like 89X to me...the one that always look like it just came out of the buswash last time.Originally posted by stooper:Based on your description, a Fuji A/C, if it isn't a cameo, it can only be these buses...
190K, 191H, 231B.
Looking at the old paintwork, I don't think it would be 191H...
Why they didn't depoly a DD aft 9625P broke down but request the nxt bus to depart BNL earlier instead...Originally posted by SBS BUSES LOVER:Latest : 29/5/2006 8.45am
SBS 498Z the next 154 bus had to pickup it's load alon the way which it could not take . i was in 498Z , kinda surprised if i had rushed to take 9625P , i would have experienced it. Throughout the whole journey the BC took abt 1-2 mins per bus stop as commuters had to squeeze in .![]()
8.28AM - 9625P left BNL - 154 berth empty , not a single 154 bus parked/at sight.Originally posted by brotherchen1982:Why they didn't depoly a DD aft 9625P broke down but request the nxt bus to depart BNL earlier instead...
Experience a breakdown on svc 154 to Poly bef but they send a DD instead.Originally posted by SBS BUSES LOVER:= there was short notice that the bus would break down.
