i dun understand why some drivers have to drive SOOOOO slowly. it's not 50km/h, but slower than that! it's like snail's pace. it's not like everyone can afford a car.. and they're rushing off to work or maybe meet some important people along the way. can't these drivers be a little considerate?

Why does the Bus Captain drive so slowly?
We hope commuters can appreciate that traffic conditions on the road can vary. Our schedules, however, can only be planned to meet what is usually the expected traffic condition at the various times of the day. There will be times when the traffic conditions are unusually clear or congested and this often results in buses being too early or late.
When traffic conditions are especially clear, our Bus Captains are required to regulate speed if they notice that they are ahead of schedule. This ensures that the Bus Captains keep the arrival times at the bus stops as close to the planned schedule as possible to avoid any disruption like bus bunching.
From the perspective of the passengers on board the bus, the journey seems slow but to the passengers waiting at the bus stops along the route, they expect their bus to arrive on time as scheduled. Nonetheless, we will monitor our buses closely and make appropriate adjustments to the running time when necessary.

snail cannot even reach 5km/h lah dey. Bus full you expect it to speed ar? If bus half empty i understand lah but if bus full cannot speed. for mi, unless its regular crawling...i would reason it out like this:
unexpected jam
unexpected empty ridership
sometimes unexpected crowd of students
all different of things affects the freq...and speed... -

A better solution here: Some Nissans should go to KJDEP and deploy on services like 172 & 975.

Not only service 980...other WL blacklisted services like 178 and 187 also having massive deployment of CAC Nissan cameos
Seems that WL depot really do show favourtism to other services... extract original Scanias especially from services 178, 187 and 980 to cameo on other services like 963, 966, 970 etc, then used CAC Nissan cameos on those affected services instead (So far WL CAC Nissans are only found on services 178, 187 and 980 currently and not on other services )
Services 920 and 921 also had unstable bus deployments during the Nissan days
AMK at least still not so bad...at least Nissans cameoed on services like 61, 67, 167, 171, 851, 854 and 965 before
