  WRONG! Its beside RI/RJC. Kong meng san is the Bright hill temple, his one is a another one called PEK SAN THENG(bi shan ting). There take SBST 93/156/157/163 to its doorstep from Macritchie. Saw quite a lot of light decorations today(morning) and dint know why. Forgot about Qing Ming Jie
  
  Take Sv57/59(fastest)56(slower) from Bishan Int to Bishan Rd, cross the overhead bridge and walk pass RI into Bishan Lane and then you can see if already. But from there is a bit hard to see. From Bishan MRT(Bishan Rd) to Bishan Rd(Opp RI), you can also take Sv13/88/156 and alight the same way
  
  If you want to walk in from a more "bright" way, take Sv156 from Bishan MRT to Braddell Rd(Bradell-Westlake Sec) then cross the non-sheltered overhead bridge and then you walk a bit to the entrance.

  yeah, in chinese/hanyu pinyin, it is pi4 shan1 ting2. In english, it is KWONG WAI SIEW PEK SAN THENG, direct translation from hokkien. It may not be as well known as bright hill temple but some students from some school knows it very well.
