Sounds like some election tactic to me. BPJ ward is in danger of suffering the same fate of BGB 15 years ago.
I still remember Dr Seet Ai Mee lost her seat because of poor transport connections in her ward. When Ling How Doong of SDP was declared winner, she did shed tears of sorrow. -
