Usually the facilities along Portsdown Road are "deserted" during the weekends........
And that the sv191's frequency is terrible............
Also Portsdown Road area has nothing much for the visitors...........
So this service's ridership is poor (especially on weekends) because of the following:
1) Poor frequency
2) Old buses
3) Not much attractions along the route, or because the facilities are mostly operational on weekdays only (although the consturction sites along the route are operational on Saturdays till late afternoon).
Note that I have rode on sv191 once during October of last year. -
