Which buses switched from sbs to tibs?

like i said....TIBS realised passengers needed service 5... so it was re-intro within 6 months of absent...
The only change to the route is from Hillview Ave to JLN ANAK BUKIT..

5 was not that hot.... 970 was reintro to end at shenton to increase connectivity...

970 is the remodification of 5...after the withdrawal of 5 -
But I thought there was an even earlier route using the number 180 too? "857", "900", "901", "902" and "950" were also reused by Tibs too.
"59", "160", "161", "179", "181", "182" and "372" were reused by SBST. -

82/ 103: cut to Serangoon
163: Sengkang
820/ 821: merge with 103
864: merge with 80
865: withdrawn
866: renumbered/ amended -

820 and 821 were 214E and 214W. route wise, same.
864 is like former 84 but extended to sengkang and not going to NBR. used to one of the ways to get to suntec inner roads from east side. later 84 and 864 merged to form 80.
865 a.k.a. ex-860. 860's role is akin to current 119.
866 is ex-59, current 86. enough said.
only 864 and 865 hence are originally original Tibs services.
but 866 was a clever idea to build on 59. revived the seemingly dead route. -

You mean that TIBS did not take over the old route 345, and introduced one more route of their own, which was later also withdrawn before switching over to the current 920s system? Was route 920 also introcuded with the introduction of the 920s system?
Service 345: Introduced in Jan 1997 as a temporary service. Feeder service between Bukit Panjang terminal and Jelapang Rd. No route change. Withdrawn in Dec 1999.
TIBS did not take over 345, it just started its own route. It was withdrawn since the commencement of the LRT in late 1999.
Service 920: Introduced on Sunday 28 Mar 2000. Feeder service between Bukit Panjang interchange and Bangkit Rd. On Sunday 29 May 2005, amended to ply Senja Rd and Senja Link.

Sv 920 was introduced in 28/3/2000 and renumebred 343 into 921 on the same day itself. -

In 1980s, this SBS service ply from Ulu Pandan to Shenton Way. Soon Chow models were used. I used to take this bus with my mum when i was young . Withdrawn in 1986-1987.
In 1989, service 188 was introduced by SBS to ply along Jurong West area. Withdrawn again in 1990-1991.
In March 1999, service 188 was introduced to ply between CCK and WTC. Service 10 was shortened to Kent Ridge from Clementi on tat day. Service 188 by then was a PAC service by SBS, MB0405s and LO2x were used.
Service 188 was then transferred to Tibs in Dec 1999. Majority Hino Volgrens and 2 or 3 NAC MB0405s were used by Tibs upon it's handover. Till then, Tibs had replaced the whole fleet of service 188 with MB0405, MB0405G and Habits.
Seems tat service 188 was improved by Tibs upon its handover...SBS had more NAC buses on service 188 than Tibs had
