u smell veri nice izzit?? knkb abt other ppl.. u so gd u buy 4 them deordorant la...Originally posted by curio t:This is one of the smelliest bus. many south asian workers use this service, and the smell is there, unmistakeable. It is not pungent like hell but it is just unpleasant, a mixture of grease, oil, sweat, decay and BO. the smell is worse if the aircon is not strong.
i wonder do these people bathe at all? or use any soap? are they used to their own smell that they dun smell anything anymore?
it is like out of 10 passengers, 6 are foreigners from South Asia. How can the bus not smell. we are not expecting everyone to wear cologne, but dun wear yr BO to public buses, coz it is an enclosed space. spare some thoughts for other commuters. this is not bomboy or dhaka, where buses have no or just 1 door, and not even air-conditioned.
these third-world workers should learn some basic hygiene since they are now in a modern clean city like Singapore, and not retain their dirty habit of living everyday as if it is their own country. They should buy deordorant, one bottle is less than $3.00.
I pity the poor driver, or those who have to travel on this bus to and from work everyday. Simply unbearable. alternatively, these workers should just ride in their own bus hired by their company. all of the same smell packed in one bus... a world of their own, and thank god!
Ok....Ok....I've got a very clear pic of what you're trying to say but these are considered small matters so don't place too much thoughts into them & if everyone were to be like that then be prepared to face what I call World War 3Originally posted by Gwangetto:hey chill we're not being racist. we're being honest to indians out there. if u think u smell do something about it instead of brushing off our criticisms and comments and becoming all so defensive about yourselves, ruining your self-image.. instead, y dun u improve on ur body hygiene or somethin'.. dunno how ya gonna do it but, we'll appreciate this favour done by u guys.. thank u very much!

Since you don't like it, go get your own car or some other form of transport. This sounds racist to me, we are also South-East Asians after all. To you, they may be smelly, but to them, you may be smelly too. I'm a Chinese Singaporean with BO, by the way, and I've used deoderant, but I still smell.Originally posted by curio t:This is one of the smelliest bus. many south asian workers use this service, and the smell is there, unmistakeable. Maybe you should try working 15 hours a day, under the hot sun. And maybe you can try on a $3 deodorant and tell us if it works.Originally posted by curio t:This is one of the smelliest bus. many south asian workers use this service, and the smell is there, unmistakeable.
