Two suggestions:
1. Remember the suggestion to extend route 29 to Changi Airport Cargo Complex's Police Pass Office or to Changi Airport I had earlier? Well, I went to that area some time ago and I feel that it might be even better if route 29 is extended to loop at Changi Ferry Terminal. The advantages in extending route 29 to the Changi Beach area is still there, and it will also provide a public bus link to Changi Ferry Terminal too.
2. Intergrate route 962 and 981. From Admiralty Street , it will turn back out onto Sembawang Drive, turn left into Admiralty Road West (turning right is not possible there), and then continue on route 981's route. A bus stop will be set up opposite the one currently at Admiralty Street for directional-differentiating, as well as two new bus stops along the short stretch of Sembawang Drive between Admiralty Street and Admiralty Road West to compensate for the two bus stops along Admiralty Road West, around that junction. This will provide another link from Woodlands and Sembawang to Senoko (relieving route 856), as well as allow those living in the northern quarters along Sembawang Drive better access to that area without transferring buses or long walks.

The loads for 981 to be put on 962 during peak hours will be too much to bear. It will also affect the waiting time for 962. I would rather 962 to extend North West or West, bringing in new links to towns like CCK and Boon Lay (BNL is almost impossible for now) via Woodlands. I suggest CCK due to the fact that 925 doesn't operate to CCK on Sundays and PH, and is only a day service. This will provide a daily link between CCK and Woodlands, and offer new links to Sembawang too. -
