  Your extended svc 198 looks ok (addition of around 4 stages) as it provides a direct link for residents residing at Telok Blangah Way to Boon Lay, Buona Vista, Singapore Science Ctr and Jurong West Town. However, I am not sure whether dds can be deployed on this new svc due to the narrow road Telok Blangah Way.

  Oh so PTC is the culprit. However, I still won't see how much more travelling time that it can increase. If the extension of 858 is similar to my extended 854, the increase in timing is roughly 8 - 10 minutes since there is an increase of around 3 - 4 fare stages. Increased costs for consumers?? I dun think so. By extending more services to sembawang, there are more direct bus services from sembawang to other places and hence costs are reduced.

  How about amending Express 518 to serve KPE when Phase 1 opens on its return trip?

  Amended:
  ECP -> KPE -> PIE -> Bedok Nth Rd
  
  There will be much lesser traffic lights and trip may be faster.

  If terminate at New Bridge Rd terminal might as well don't need to introduce it , theres SGH Shuttle to Outram Park MRT.

  I will still prefer the service to SGH from a MRT station as it is more convenient for the commuters especially if they are coming to SGH from other parts of Singapore like Pasir Ris, Boon Lay, Woodlands.

  This route has around ~ 28 stages in total. The advantages of having this service is that it provides a direct link from CCK to Clementi Ave 2, SIM, Ngee Ann Poly, ITE Dover, NUH, Ayer Rajah Camp.

  This is another idea of a bus route I've been thinking of. Previously Changi Coast Road is quite deserted, with possibly some aviation fans going there to spot planes and some taking pictures of planes. Most of the planes will take-off from runway 02R if they're heading North, runway 20L for landing. It's quite troublesome to walk such a long distance for the aviation fans, especially since some of them might want to spot the new Airbus A380 in Singapore. This has been created in mind of those yearning to spot planes but do not want to waste their energy walking for long distances (like me). What do you think?

  I got quite mixed up just now when I was drawing out the airport runway layout for SIN. I know that there was a 02C and 20C but I am not sure where they put it in.
  
  How about using the nearest lamp posts to designate bus stop description?
