I would suggest that 254 to be extended to terminate at Tuas Terminal. Instead of returning to Tuas Basin Link after completing the loop at Tuas Ave 11, can proceed to Pioneer Road (In which currently no buses plying that sector), Tuas West Drive and Tuas Terminal.
And return trip via Tuas Terminal, Tuas West Drive, Pioneer Rd, Tuas Ave 11, Ave 20, Tuas Cres and proceeding to its existing route.
For Tuas Ave 11, 20 and Tuas Cres can add bus stops for the directions towards Boon Lay Int.
And it may also be converted into normal trunk services like 182, 192 & 193 and renumbered as 164 but I don't think that those working in Tuas would welcome this idea as it might meant higher fares for them.
The purpose of this suggestion is to 1) Faciliate the use of Tuas Terminal in which there are only 2 services using the terminal (Which can hold 6 services if I am not wrong) and more importantly, to provide transport links in Pioneer Rd (The sector in between Tuas West Dr & Tuas Cres/Tuas Ave 2.

Hmm. Frankly speaking, I dun think this service is really needed due to several reasons.1. 5, 16 and 851 go from Bt Merah to Tiong Bahru MRt station.
2. 132 goes from Bt Merah to Redhill MRT station.
3. 63 helps to link up Lengkok Bahru, Hoy Fatt Rd to Tiong Bahru MRT and to Chinatown and Bugis, Ubi and Eunos.
4. 139 helps to link up Lengkok Bahru, Hoy Fatt Rd to Bt Merah Interchange, and to other parts of town.
5. The Redhill MRT station is in my opinion at close proximity to Lengkok Bahru and Hoy Fatt Rd.
In my opinion, this service can be implemented if there are many elderly residing there who have difficulty in walking. This feeder service will greatly boost them in terms of convenience to other places.

reason for this change: serves as a feeder going between most of sengkang and punggol instead of half of sengkang only.
btw..there are really good route suggestions...it's a pity they don't get implemented?

This is why i think of this service cos 579 and 576 too ex.Tampines MRT to Redhill/TiongBahru MRT still need to walk.
