Which is basically 951 before it was withdrawn, just that you made used of East/West Av 1.
How about extending S187 to Sembawang? It seems that there are many other alternative services to WRI. And it may be beneficial for people who wants to proceed beyond Woodlands Central.

There is high demand for service 27 from Hougang, Sengkang town to Tampines Ave 7. Therefore, in my opinion, it is unlikely that service 27 can be rerouted to go to Tampines Ave 9. I feel that Service 27 can be amended to ply Simei Ave 3 after Tampines Ave 5 and Simei Ave to open up links in Simei estate.
Regarding about service 24 amendment, I feel that it is better to leave it as it is because of the additional fare stages incurred. In addition, service 24 already has 30 fare stages in one direction. Besides, bus services plying CGA have fewer time for rest at CGA due to their looping routes.
