  S72 demand is already very high, and caters mainly for people who wants to go directly from Tampines to Hougang and vice versa. By extending the service into Tampines North Drive 1/2, it will be a waste of time. It would be beneficial if a feeder service is introduced to serve the area, and it is cheaper too. At least if you missed the free shuttle, there's a feeder bus as alternative.

  i'd rather take de free shuttle although 30mins.

  but somtimes, the shuttle do come around 8 - 12 mins of interval

  Yes i agree with you.  S72 100% high demand. I always take that bus to school and it was damn crowd! and i hate the frequency during the peak hour,the Q always get long and longer!!
