  151 is already full enough. And besides, SP already has lots of buses serving them from 151's route (i.e. 147/74 from HG, Bukit Timah Rd there's 74..)...

  This is a fantasy amendment of service 28. Basically, service 28 will now ply Simei Ave and Bedok Nth Ave 4 instead of Bedok Reservoir Rd and Tampines Ave 1.

   

  The main benefit is that Bedok Nth Ave 4 is served by 17 and 28. This allows a direct link from Bedok Nth Ave 4 to Tampines estate, Kembangan, Eunos, Paya Lebar, Toa Payoh.

   

  The main reason why 28 is amended is because that 67 mainly duplicates 28 from Paya Lebar MRT station to Tampines Ave 1. 67 can be seen as a substitute to 28 to withdrawn sectors. In addition, 59 goes to Bedok Reservoir Rd and Tampines Ave 1 (withdrawn sectors) from Lor 6 Toa Payoh. 22 also goes to Bedok Reservoir Rd from Upper Paya Lebar Rd.
