saw a nissan 178 at Kranji MRT.. only has 3 passengers.. and on a busy saturday afternoon

Took a Nissan OAC on 187 today , hmm.....quite a nice ride and it speeds along the BKE and challenge the 0405 on 963 , in the end the Nissan wins

OAC Nissans can actually get quite well on speed. Wat la u ppl. Volgren buses, Merz n Scanias are ok. The Nissans regardless of CAC or OAC still quite good. Lances are ok but in massive amounts...no good.
If u ppl(anti_U31_NISSAN especially)are so fed up with the Nissans, then stop taking 980 then. Taking taxi would be better for u.

And oso wanna add on here regarding originally perm Scania fleets on sv 178, 187 and 980 but however using interchangable Nissan cameo fleets all along: TIB372J TIB373G TIB374D TIB1253M TIB1255H CSS183U CSS190Z CSS191X CSS192T :-
178: TIB637X TIB639R TIB641H TIB644A TIB654X TIB657M TIB659H (all these Scanias always found cameoing on other WL svcs)
187: TIB562C TIB570D TIB646U TIB652B TIB656R TIB664S TIB834T TIB835R TIB836M TIB841Y TIB842U TIB843S (Sometimes only, not all )
980: TIB658K TIB665P TIB673R (all these oso found cameoing on other WL svcs) -
Seems that Bt Panjang service 920 falls in this category again

Have went to check out the perm bus listings for services 178, 187 and 980, and here's the larest updates as of today
Service 178 is now a full Nissan fleet (mixture of OACs and CACs). Any Scanias or MB0405s spotted on service 178 is considered a cameo.
Service 187 do NOT have any Nissan buses as perms, only a mixture of MB0405s, Scanias and Habits. Those Nissans seen on service 187 are cameos.
Service 980 have only 1 OAC Nissan (CSS183U) as perm and it is doing split shift. The rest of the buses under WLDEP are OAC Scanias. Any other Nissans on service 980 is considered a cameo.
