Any idea when will the Int will start to operate?

there is an empty slot in berth 3 green plate , nothing put up yet , most likely sv 96 will be there , it is impossible to share with another svc cos of its load .
the int shd start operations by end of the year -

Well, tomorrow brings in the new and I'm gonna miss the old Clementi Int soon esp the 3-coloured Berth Signboards.

Extra barricades was installed though

naturally , lol . the svc 96 queue reached to the bottom of the int stairs to the main road of Clementi Ave 3 @ 9.45AM
anyway , alot of ppl rushed for the free drinks given out at five , earlier just now
one lady took 10 bottles and was told politely not to take so much .
and there was a "mini" jam during the peak hours and SBSTstaff & SBST Traffic officers were guiding the buses in and traffic . .
The canteen & toilets were super clean
however there was a pile of destos . , post pic later , -

I took a bus stopping bell, a roll of uncut tickets and a Sutrak aircon controller seemingly like those on MKIIs.
There was a cabinet beside the old route office.

Haha... I received the following email from NUS, and it seemed NUS did make a request to SBST to locate the 96 queue nearest to the entrance... (If NUS can request SBS to shift the 96 queue, can they request SBS to improve the frequency of 95? Haha)

Further to the email circular you have received from the Registrar’s Office, we would like to bring your attention, in particular, to the point on the interim bus interchange at Clementi, which may be found on page 1 of the “Instructions to Examination Candidates & Examination Rules“ (item 1(b), email below):
“Bus Interchange at Clementi Central
The current bus interchange at Clementi Central will be closed for upgrading, and the interim bus interchange which is located opposite the MRT station will be scheduled to operate from 1 Nov 2006. As this interim bus interchange will be further from the MRT station, please cater for sufficient traveling time. SBS Transit has agreed to NUS’s request to site the Service 96’s boarding point nearest to the entrance of the interim bus interchange, but please do be prepared for some delays as you still need to cross a traffic junction before reaching the interim bus interchange”

By the way, I cannot imagine what happen if it rains heavily during morning peak hour... Luckily I take 95 to NUS and not 96... At least the path from Buona Vista MRT to the 95 bus stop is sheltered all the way.

Today, when I visited, they redrew the boarding lines of 96 so it ends inside the interchange and the queue will continue from inside the interchange instead of outside.
