  This is very serious, and I guess this topic should move further out of the forum (someone write to Straits Times please).
  On another mark, I saw another kid (age 14-15) talking to himself at Takashimaya S.C. I do feel very sad when these people appear but it can't be helped, all kinds of people exist in this society.
  I would strongly encourage you to report this case to the police and take appropriate actions. These people definitely do not belong to this society.
