Nowhere on 2825A do I see a 78 perm sticker. A 174 sticker is pasted on the top left hand corner of the driver's side window.

the perm slot for that is 1964M judging from the block number (se-820). Took 7447A that morning... only taken this slot twice and both slots are B9s... the other time was 7444H (both B9s are BN SP). TIB654L has now became a perm on 962. TIB725 is still on 913 for pass few weeks. This maybe confirmed that it's a perm on 913

Again SBS2819T mayb out for sv15, replaced by SBS3708Z, need to confirm, SBS2819T shld be BNDEP SP -
